silver ridge, 2 house o' hill surpassed our expectations. neil, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and provided us with all the information we needed. the cozy cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable break, and the location was perfect for quiet walks and stargazing. the pub next door served excellent food and had a friendly atmosphere.

Friendly and helpful host. Great location for Forest Park and climbing the Merrick. Cozy cottage with a brilliant stove. Plenty of hot water and extras provided. Lovely and private garden with visiting birds. Hot tub available for use. Fabulous value for money

Neil, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. He provided us with a warm welcome and even showed us how to use the cozy log burner. the cottage itself was well-equipped, with a brilliant little stove that warmed up the entire place. We were impressed with the abundance of hot water and appreciated Neil's instructions on how to boost it if needed. the nearby pub looked inviting, although it was fully booked during the busy bank holiday weekend. the garden was a pleasant surprise, with beautiful small trees attracting a variety of birds. a perfect location for exploring Forest Park and climbing the Merrick.

We had a wonderful time at Silver Ridge, 2 House O' Hill! The host, Neil, was incredibly welcoming and showed us around the property. We were delighted to find a loaf of bread, breakfast items, and milk waiting for us. The cottage itself was beautiful and well-stocked, with everything we needed for our stay. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful and quiet surroundings, perfect for long walks with our dog. The secure back garden was a bonus for our furry friend. Despite a few minor cleanliness issues and a small kitchen, our overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend Silver Ridge, 2 House O' Hill for a fabulous and relaxing getaway. we definitely recommend this holiday home.

We got amazing value for our money at Silver Ridge, with a clean room that had everything we needed and more. The location was peaceful and private, perfect for a mountain bike trip, and the staff, especially Neil, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
